WICCI's India-EU Business Council

WICCI's India-EU Business Council WICCI's India-EU Business Council WICCI's India-EU Business Council

A network for women shaping the

India-EU corridor

Follow our work on LinkedIn

A cross-border network of women leaders, entrepreneurs, experts, and changemakers strengthening India-EU business, policy, innovation, trade, and academic collaboration.

WICCI’s India-EU Business Council brings together women active across the India-EU corridor to strengthen connections, increase visibility, and create opportunities for collaboration, exchange, and mutual support.

Through our community, mentorship initiatives, partnerships, publications, events, and the India-EU Binder, we highlight women’s contributions to business, policy, innovation, academia, and entrepreneurship. By fostering the exchange of knowledge, perspectives, and opportunities, we seek to strengthen women's role and visibility in shaping India-EU relations.

The Council was founded in response to the continued underrepresentation of women in leadership positions, advisory roles, expert panels, and public discussions. It was conceived by Ada Dyndo, a Poland-India business advisor based in India for over a decade, who founded the Council with the support of WICCI to create a platform that connects outstanding women across the corridor and helps build a stronger, more visible, and more inclusive professional network.

The Council is endorsed by the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), a global network of 250,000 members worldwide, including 60,000 in India.

If you would like to join or collaborate with WICCI’s India-EU Business Council, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please feel free to connect with us via LinkedIn.

Gender equality is a core principle of the European Union, but it is not yet a reality. In business, politics and society as a whole, we can only reach out full potential if we use all of our talent and diversity. Using only half of the population, half of the ideas or half of the energy is not good

Ursula von der Leyen

I measure the progress of a community by the degree of progress which women have achieved.
